The staff here are exceptionally friendly and the breakfast with Prosecco is marvelous and incredible.

H15 was a great place to stay. Location was great, just two minutes walk to the centrum where was also metro station, rooms were quiet etc. Hotel is brand new, so everything was very nice and clean.

The breakfast here is incredible and includes Proseco, you won't be let down.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and nice styled, have hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Especially helpful and extraordinary service-minded staff as one would expect.

A top class hotel! They were nothing short of amazing. I could not recommend enough. This is I think a newly opened "5 star" hotel trying to build a reputation and it indeed was 5 stars all the way! Everything was excellent, one would have to be very picky to find a fault. Outstanding service at every level, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay nice and comfortable. Every staff member, no matter what their responsibility, was exceptionally helpful, kind and friendly, but without overbearing. No request was too much trouble - they have all been fully taken care and well above my expectations. I was even guided to my room and got some explanation about all the features, as well as heard about the history of the building :). Very personalised attitude, you feel like the number one guest. The size of the suite was amazing, you won't get better value in central Warsaw. My suite was very spacious and quiet, as well as perfectly designed and equipped. Room facilities are outstanding, high-tech and very comfortable. An absolute silence at night was a big plus, too. Free and very fast wifi in the room was additional plus. Great location: You can walk in minutes to many of the famous tourist attractions as well as central train station and most eligible shopping areas. Overall excellent quality and service for this price! A 5 star all-the-way comfort to be recommended by a person who travels worldwide and stays at the best places. Thanks!

It's a perfect design hotel i really love the white atmosphere and the facilities the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and i love the quiet street the hotel is located in

well... it's hard to define the price performance it really depends on your budget and where you come from... but for me ... in warsaw, where everything is quite cheap... the rate of the hotel might be a little bit high but anyway... it's worth the price

The central location of the hotel was great. I enjoyed my 7-night stay and dining at the in-house restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. - I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and am eager to return.

Exellent service and very friendly staf. The apartment was very clean and well organised! Loved having nice coffee in the morning in peace of my own room. Definitely will come back soon!

Modern and high quality equipment, spacious rooms, tastefully designed, helpful although still a bit inexperienced staff. Perfect location in central Warsaw, quiet street but close to some really nice restaurants, shops etc.

When we arrived the heating was not operating and we were moved to three different rooms before we got one that was warm. But I guess this is just an incident that could happen.

Nothing, other than cold and snow.....but we had expected that. Overall a good break which riveled Budapest and Vienna
